What's a credit?
One credit is one full tailoring run — a tailored CV, a matching cover letter, and a validator pass. If something fails on our side, we don't charge the credit.
How long do credits last?
Indefinitely. Credits don't expire, even if you pause for a while.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Stripe generates an invoice after every payment; you can download it from "View invoices".
Can I get a refund?
Yes, as long as you haven't used the pack yet. You can withdraw within 14 days of buying and get the full amount back. Before you use the first credit of a bought pack, we ask you once whether you want to start. Once you start, you can no longer withdraw from that pack.
