Common questions.

Do you store my CV?

Your profile is stored encrypted while your account is active. The first tailored CV you try without an account is kept for 30 days, then deleted.

Do you train AI on my data?

No. We process your documents only to build your own applications. The Privacy Policy has the detail.

How many free applications do I get?

Your first 3 applications are free. You can even try the first one without an account or card; after that you sign up. You only pay once you tailor beyond that, and only for what you use.

What happens to my profile?

It stays in your account, untouched. For each job ad we tailor a copy of it.

What if I don't really fit the role?

Then we tell you, and name the points your CV doesn't yet show. You decide whether to apply anyway, and the cover letter can address a gap openly.

Which CV layouts can I choose from?

You choose from several ATS-friendly layouts, from classic single-column to editorial and engineering styles.

Which languages are supported?

German and English today.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. From account settings you can download all your data or delete your account. Deletion removes your CVs from storage within 30 days.

Where is my data stored?

In the EU and Switzerland only. Storage is in Zurich, Switzerland, which has an EU adequacy decision; AI processing happens in the EU. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
