Do you store my CV?
Your profile is stored encrypted in the EU while your account is active. The first tailored CV you try without an account is kept for 30 days, then deleted. You can delete your account and all your CVs at any time from settings.
Do you train AI on my data?
No. Your documents are processed to build your own applications and nothing else, entirely within the EU. The Privacy Policy has the detail.
How many free applications do I get?
Your first 3 applications are free. You can even try the first one without an account or card; after that you sign up. You only pay once you tailor beyond that — and only for what you use.
What happens to my profile?
It stays in your account untouched. We tailor a copy for each job ad, and your profile remains the source of truth.
Will it pass ATS?
Yes. Job titles stay exactly as you wrote them, dates stay structured, and our exports use ATS-tested layouts. A validator checks every tailored CV before you see it.
What if I don't really fit the role?
Then we tell you — with the specific points your CV doesn't yet evidence. You decide whether to apply anyway, and the cover letter can address a gap openly. Your fit score stays honest either way.
Will the recruiter know it's AI-tailored?
It reads like you wrote it yourself — because that's true. We re-emphasise facts already in your CV, so every line is one you can stand behind.
Which CV layouts can I choose from?
Nine ATS-tested layouts — from classic single-column to editorial and engineering styles. You can switch layout per export with one click; the content stays the same.
Which languages are supported?
English and German today. The output language is detected automatically from the job ad, so a German ad gets a German CV.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. Every tailored CV exports to PDF. From account settings you can download all your data or delete your account — deletion removes your CVs from storage within 30 days.
